Vans Old Skool Overt Plus CC — women's purple sneakers

The Vans Old Skool Overt Plus CC in purple builds on the iconic Old Skool silhouette, which became a household name in skate and streetwear culture in the 1970s. The model combines suede and canvas panels, improving the durability of the upper and adding texture. Internal padding increases comfort during all-day wear. The low cut and rubber sole maintain the traditional urban character.

The design is economical and suitable for a variety of casual outfits — from jeans to skirts — while the purple color looks balanced without being overly ornate. The classic side stripe and sturdy construction emphasize the retro legacy of the model line. The sneakers are designed for women who are looking for a combination of comfort and everyday usability. Contrasting materials on the upper also make it easy to combine with layered outfits.

Material

• Upper: suede (front) and canvas (side panels) — resistant to normal wear and tear.
• Lining: textile lining, lightly padded for better comfort during prolonged wear.
• Insole: soft textile insole with a cushioning layer for comfort when walking.
• Sole: vulcanized rubber sole. Warning: clean suede gently with a dry or slightly damp brush, do not put in the washing machine and do not dry in direct sunlight.

FAQ

• Are these sneakers true to size?
In most cases, the Vans Old Skool Overt Plus CC has a standard fit; if you are unsure between two sizes, consider trying them on in store or going up a half size according to personal preference.
• How should these sneakers be cleaned?
It is recommended to remove dirt with a soft brush and use a slightly damp cloth on the canvas parts; treat suede with a special brush and protective spray, do not wash in the washing machine.

Thestreets Tips

• Comfortable from the first wear, the inner padding holds the foot comfortably without pressing.
• The purple color matches the image exactly and the materials seem sturdy; they combine well with everyday clothes.
• The sole provides certain contact with the surface in the city, but I recommend caution in wet weather.
